A member may earn reward points by way of qualifying consumption, including qualifying room rates
(excluding hotel service fees), and spending on food and drinks.
Remarks: A member cannot earn Tangla rewards points for following spendings: room rates for rooms
reserved through any third-party website, consumption on free or in-kind transactions, use of bonus points, FIT
reservation through any travel agency, group room reservation for conferences or travels, and protocol rooms,
long-staying rooms, free rooms, exchange rooms and self-occupied rooms offered to airline crew.
If a member spends money at any hotel that has participated in the HNA Hospitality Group loyalty
program, the base points for personal spending shall be as follows:
A member will earn one point for each RMB yuan he/she has spent in paying qualifying room rates; and will earn one
point for every two RMB yuan he/she has spent on food.
Generally, your points will be credited to your account no later than three working days after the
settlement of your bills. If your points are not timely credited to your account, you may make verification and
claim missing points by calling the member service center (4008767666) or the hotel reception desk.
You may earn points for spending on several rooms (but no more than three hotel rooms per stay) if
